    [05.01.2018 Changelog] Class Buffs and Spell Reagents removal (Revamp Part 1)

    Various class buffs and auras have been updated, and spell reagents have been removed.

    Below, you will find a list with all the affected spells and their change.



    To see the class buffs changes, or be able to use spells without reagents, you will have to download or redownload the Item Enchant Patch 1.8+ from Downloads or from here (mirror link).


    Spells with reagents removed:

    • Shamans
      • Water Walking
      • Water Breathing
      • Reincarnation

    • Death Knight - you no longer have to be near a Runeforge to enchant your weapons
      • Rune of Cinderglacier
      • Rune of Lichbane
      • Rune of Razorice

    Class Buffs Changes:


    • Warrior

      • Battle Shout - now increases attack power by 10%
      • Commanding Shout - now increases hp by 10%

    • Paladin

      • Greater/Blessing of Might - now increases attack power by 10%
      • Greater/Blessing of Wisdom - now increases mp5 by 10%
      • Devotion Aura - now increases armor by 10%

    • Hunter

      • Hunter's Mark - now increases the attacker's ranged damage taken by 5%

    • Priest

      • Power Word: Fortitude / Prayer of Fortitude - now increases stamina by 5%
      • Divine Spirit / Prayer of Spirit - now increases spirit by 5%
      • Inner Fire - now increases armor by 10% and spell power by 5%

    • Shaman

      • Totem of Wrath - now increases spell power by 5%
      • Flametongue Totem - now increases spell power by 5%
      • Stoneskin Totem - now increases armor by 5%
      • Strength of Earth Totem - now increases strength and agility by 5%
      • Mana Spring Totem - now increases mp5 by 5%
      • Water Shield - now increases mp5 by 8% and restores 1% mana when hit

    • Mage

      • Arcane Intellect/Brilliance - now increases intellect by 5%
      • Amplify Magic - now increases spell damage taken and healing received by 3%
      • Dampen Magic - now reduces spell damage taken and healing received by 3%
      • Ice Armor - now increases armor by 10%

    • Warlock

      • Demon Armor - now increases armor by 10%
      • Fel Armor - now increases spell power by 5% (along with +30% spell power from spirit)
      • Blood Pact (Imp) - now increases hp by 3%
      • Fel Intelligence (Felhunter) - now increases intellect and spirit by 3%
      • Spellstone - now increases spell haste by 2%
      • Firestone - now increases spell crit by 2%

    • Druid

      • Mark/Gift of the Wild - now increases armor by 5% and stats by 3%

    • Death Knight

      • Horn of Winter - now increases strength and agility by 5%

    Don't want to be rude but if this helps

    5% increase to agi and str from shaman totemis not stacking with voter buff ( 15 % of the 5 % increase ) + its super nerfed xD
    The spell power from shaman totem isn't showing in character panel and i cant seem to see a difference on training dummy.

    Druid buff seems to be working well

    Priest buff to spirit 5% is super nerfed and at base t19 priest i got 60k spirit and i gain 3k spirit
    Inner fire is also not showing in character panel and i can not see a difference on training dummy

    I like all the rest.

    The spell power from any of these changes are pretty low

    I would suggest giving water totem / shield a new effect + 50 resistances or so.

    sorry again if this is rude and i'm aware this is all new and i don't want to be saying this out of place or be disrespectful

    But i suggest bumping the Priest Stamina buff to 7 - 10% Spirit buff to 10 - 15%

    Agi and Str buffs to 7 - 9 %

    Spell power % to 8 - 10 %

    Intelect buff to 6 - 9 %

    Druid buff to 4 - 5 %

    because if this was all intended to be completely separate from voter / donor buffs and talent percentages i'm not sure.

    As i said I know its all very knew please don't take this the wrong way i logged in and checked it out, sometimes I like to give my input before the kinks are worked out yet again excuse me if i'm rude.

    I really do appreciate your work and effect jinha, I'm pleased to see such changes happening on the road to the revamp.

    The changes seems all fine to me.

    But 1 thing the imp from the warlock gets pushed away now, since "blood pact" only gives 3% hp buff and it doesn't stack with Command Shout from the warrior.

    So my suggestion is make Blood Pact able to stack with Command Shout or Increase the buff from Blood Pact

    Same here with me, all the changes are fine. Except that everyone got a huge HP boost ( Fortitude 5% , Commanding 10%, Gift of wild 3% ) . I'd say it needs just a little bit of toning down.

    Edit: Just tested Gift of wild of druid, it's giving 5% stats, and not 3% as it states to give.

    Spellstone - now increases spell haste by 2% from warlock
    doesnt give haste at all

    I have just checked and it does stack. If it doesn't stack for your character, please provide screenshots if you can.

    My bad on this part. All spells that say that they increase spell power, they actually increase your spell damage, which gives way more than if it increased spell power.

    We would like to not touch these kind of topics for now. We only wanted, for now, to make the buffs give a percentage increase value than a static value.

    I have not changed the group stack rules. They could never stack, even before.

    It does work, but the wording was wrong on my part. It increases your casting speed by 2%.

    Same as others. The armor part does work, but the spell power part is actually bad wording from me. It increases your spell damage, not spell power.

    We're aware of that, but we couldn't leave those behind, as we'll use them in the future after we fix all the issues.

    You should really check into Deathknight disease damage and heals. Diseases haven't done more than 50 damage in pvp for years, very discouraging.

    We are aware of such issues in class balance. These kind of topics will be addresed in the second part of the revamp.
